Dear Students and Faculty,

Hope you are well.

We are excited to announce that we are merging our learning platforms to provide a unified and seamless experience for our users. As a part of this migration, we will be integrating our Graduate Platform, online.ebulux.lu, with connect.ebulux.lu. Going forward, all learning and communication will be conducted on connect.ebulux.lu.

• For users who currently only have accounts on online.ebulux.lu, please note that you will need to set a fresh password when you receive the new account creation notification in your email. However, we will maintain the username you have on online.ebulux.lu, so you can continue using it on connect.ebulux.lu.
  
  
• For users who have accounts on both platforms, your account on Connect will be maintained, and you will continue to use the username and password you have on Connect to access EBU resources.

Additionally, the EBU Tech team will be sending a separate email to each user to advise them on which category they fall within. If you are a new user on Connect, an account will be created for you on Connect and you will receive instructions on how to access the platform. If you already have an existing account on Connect, you will maintain your account and be provided with instructions on how to access the platform, including information on how to retrieve your username and password if you do not recall them.

Furthermore, we would like to inform students who have recently completed their courses that they should continue accessing online.ebulux.lu to view their grades, if needed. On connect.ebulux.lu, they will be enrolled in upcoming courses and will not have access to past courses.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and cooperation during this transition, and we assure you that we are committed to providing a smooth and seamless experience as we merge our learning platforms into one. A follow up announcement will be made to notify you when the migration is finalized.
